Authorized Dealer Information

Jack's Music Factory is an authorized dealer for every manufacturer line that we carry. We do not believe in two stepping, everything you buy from us as your supplier will always have a full warranty to be honored by the manufacturer.

If you choose not to purchase from Jack's Music Factory please be sure to check that the retailer you choose is an authorized dealer. Sometimes non-dealers publish very low prices that are very tempting, however if you purchase one of these units the warranty is null and void! Also remember that here at Jack's Music Factory, we don't believe in charging hidden fees, so we include the cost of freight in our prices, what you see on a page is what you will pay to get that item to your door!

Remember, even though you are buying it from a store, since they aren't an authorized dealer, that means they bought it from someone who was an authorized dealer. That second sale voids the warranty. As if you bought the product from an authorized dealer and sold it to a friend, your friend will no longer have the warranty.
